Faisal Hossain founded Rotor Solution in 2014 with a strong vision to develop practical drone and robotics solutions in Bangladesh. He has been actively involved in UAV design, system development, technical training, and applied engineering projects across multiple sectors.

Over the years, he has worked with universities, defense-related organizations, and national technology communities, contributing as a trainer, speaker, and technical evaluator in robotics and drone competitions.
